Ingredients
  • 500 gram Leeks
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Trim the leeks and cut them into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the leeks and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet.
  6. Simmer for 20 minutes until the leeks are tender.
  7. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
