  • 500 gram Green beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
