Ingredients
  • 2 bulb Fennel bulbs
  • 2 onion Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Trim the fennel bulbs and cut them into wedges.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the fennel and onions to the skillet and sauté until they start to brown.
  4. Add balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
