Ingredients
  • 4 slice Whole grain bread
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 sliced Cucumber
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 1/4 thinly sliced Red onion
  • 2 handful Lettuce leaves
  • 1 handful Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Toast the bread slices.
  3. Spread the mashed avocado on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer cucumber, tomato, red onion, lettuce, and basil leaves on top of the avocado spread.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Close the sandwich with another bread slice.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
