Ingredients
  • 500 gram Bok Choy
  • 8 ounce Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add bok choy and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
