Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 large Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, dice the onion, and slice the apple.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the cabbage and apple slices, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, and water.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and apple.
