Ingredients
  • 1 cup Black soy beans
  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, grind the black soy beans into a fine powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground black soy beans, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, olive oil, and almond milk.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. Grease a bread loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
