Ingredients
  • 1 cup Black-Eyed Peas
  • 1 bunch Chinese Greens
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak the black-eyed peas overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the black-eyed peas.
  3. In a pot, boil the black-eyed peas until tender.
  4. In a separate pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger.
  5. Add Chinese greens and cook until wilted.
  6. Add cooked black-eyed peas, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
