  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 2 medium Bell peppers
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 4 piece Whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, bell peppers, red onion, corn kernels, avocado, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
