  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  6. Serve with pita bread, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
