  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 cup Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. Finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves.
  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the black beans, red onion, garlic cloves, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and cilantro.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
