Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 loaf Baguette
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. In a bowl, mix black beans, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, minced garlic cloves, chili powder, cumin powder, salt, lime juice, and chopped fresh cilantro.
  3. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  4. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil.
  5. Grill the baguette slices until toasted.
  6. Top each grilled baguette slice with a spoonful of the black bean mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
