Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 piece Burger buns
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Avocado
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a plate.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until crispy and browned.
  6. Toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a grill.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a black bean patty on each bun, then topping with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
