Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mixed bitter herbs
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 50 gram Olives
  • 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the mixed bitter herbs.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Dice the cucumber and red onion.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the bitter herbs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
