  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Olives
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
