  • 2 cup Puffed Rice
  • 1 cup Sev (Crispy Noodles)
  • 1 cup Papdi (Fried Dough)
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 piece Green Chili
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro (Coriander Leaves)
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Mint Chutney
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice, sev, and papdi.
  2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables to the mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  6. Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
