Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mixed berries, chia seeds, lemon juice, coconut sugar, and cornstarch.
  5. Spread the berry mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the berries.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow the squares to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
