Ingredients
  • 2 can Black Beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 wedge Lime
  • 4 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 sliced Avocado
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Saute until softened.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well.
  4. Add black beans, tomatoes, and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges, cilantro, avocado slices, and tortilla chips on the side.
