  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 sprig Rosemary
  • 2 sprig Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
