Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 piece Burger buns
  • 4 leaf Lettuce
  • 4 slice Tomato
  • 4 slice Onion
  • 4 piece Pickles
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, and topping with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
