  • 8 ounce Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, mixed berries, red onion, walnuts, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
