  • 1 cup Red Cabbage
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, red cabbage, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
