  • 2 head Belgian endive
  • 2 medium Apple
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
