Ingredients
  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Green bell pepper
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  2. Finely chop the onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, minced garlic cloves, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Take a handful of the potato mixture and shape it into a patty. Place it in the skillet and flatten it with a spatula.
  7. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Repeat with the remaining potato mixture.
  9. Once cooked, transfer the hash browns to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  10. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
