Ingredients
  • 300 gram Beetroot
  • 100 gram Chickpea flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the beetroot and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroot, chickpea flour, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small kebabs or patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan or grill pan over medium heat.
  6. Cook the kebabs for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
