  • 4 medium-sized Beets
  • 4 ounce Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 small Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the beets.
