  • 4 medium-sized Beets
  • 2 ounce Goat cheese
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
