  • 2 cup Beets
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and grate the beets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the grated beets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and rose water.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the beet mixture, stirring well.
