Ingredients
  • 2 cup Beets
  • 1 cup Canned chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the beets into small cubes.
  2. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.
  3. In a food processor, combine the beets, chickpeas, almonds, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
