  • 250 gram Beets
  • 200 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Goat cheese
  • 50 gram Walnuts
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the beets. Cut them into thin slices.
  2. Wash the spinach and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the beets, spinach, goat cheese, and walnuts.
