Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Gently press down on each potato with the back of a fork to slightly flatten it.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. In a small pan, heat the remaining olive oil and garlic cloves until fragrant.
  8. Remove the potatoes from the oven and drizzle the garlic-infused olive oil over them.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
