  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, peanuts, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in honey and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow the trail mix to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container.
