  • 2 cup Beans
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 4 wedge Lime
Instructions
  1. Rinse the beans and soak them overnight.
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the soaked beans, vegetable broth, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the beans are tender.
