Ingredients
  • 300 gram Bean Sprouts
  • 3 count Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Pour the sauce over the bean sprouts and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  7. Garnish with additional black pepper if desired.
