  • 2 piece Ripe Mango
  • 2 piece Ripe Avocado
  • 2 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 8 piece Wooden Skewers
Instructions
  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent them from burning.
  2. Cut the mango and avocado into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Thread the mango and avocado cubes onto the skewers alternately.
