  • 200 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
Instructions
