Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with rice or bread.
