  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine garlic, cilantro, parsley, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Let the chermoula rest for 30 minutes before using.
