Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
  5. Let the hummus rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
