Ingredients
  • 2 cup Lima beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the lima beans, onion, and garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, and water.
  4. Pour the sauce over the lima beans and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the beans are tender and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
