Ingredients
  • 200 gram Ripe bananas
  • 150 gram Oats
  • 50 gram Almond flour
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the scookies to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
