Ingredients
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine gluten-free flour and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
