Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts and dark chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
