Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Dates, pitted
  • 0.5 cup Flax seeds
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and dates together.
  3. Add the flax seeds, almond flour, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
