Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bars to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
