  • 500 gram Asparagus
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the asparagus spears on a baking sheet and drizzle the balsamic mixture over them.
  5. Toss the asparagus to coat evenly.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
