Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Thread the vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred.
