Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Green Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and blanch the green beans for 2 minutes.
  2. Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the green beans are well coated and heated through.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot as a side dish.
