  • 16 ounce Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the balsamic mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the sprouts are tender and caramelized.
