Ingredients
  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 minced Garlic cloves
  • For garnish chopped Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • For topping grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick fries.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
